Maureen has been a licensed Massage Therapist for 36 years and is trained in Travell Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Swedish Massage. She loves to cook, and can't wait to talk recipes with you.

Graduate of New York Chiropractic college, Dr. Orlando strives to make his patients feel better through chiropractic care. He is BWC certified, and helps patients heal from work related injuries. Alvin has been a personal trainer for 5 years. He has been training everyone from senior citizens to college athletes. He coaches varsity football and baseball at his alma mater, St. John School.
